RTAG National Convention 2026

We’re excited that the RTAG National Convention is headed to Orlando, FL in 2026! Hosted at the beautiful Orange County Convention Center in the Theme Park Capital of the World, this event will continue RTAG’s legacy as the premier military-to-civilian aerospace transition convention in the country.
Following our successful years hosting the convention in Fort Worth, TX and Denver, CO; RTAG is ready to thrill as we blast into the next season!
The 2026 RTAG National Convention will bring together civilian recruiters, military representatives, aviation vendors, flight schools, and industry sponsors for the most valuable networking and recruiting event of the year. With expanded space, greater visibility, and increased foot traffic, this is your opportunity to connect with the military-to-civilian aviation community like never before.
Whether you’ve sponsored with us before or are considering joining for the first time, the 2026 RTAG National Convention in Orlando offers unmatched exposure, engagement, and impact. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the next chapter in RTAG’s mission to bridge the gap between military service and civilian aviation careers.
